On February 18, 2007 the Jubilee Christian Church had its first celebration in a hotel by the state university. Jubilee quickly became a congregation of 60 people with the cell (small group) ministries starting very soon after. During the first anniversary 198 people were present. This year’s anniversary was a wonderful day and surpassed the record with 205 people present.
